H型钢轧后超快速气雾冷却传热行为的模拟研究

【摘要】 通过H型钢超快冷温度场模拟研究,针对H型钢断面特点,研究同一断面不同部位的冷却速度,制定不同规格的温度冷却模型,作为超快速冷却控制工艺实现的基础和前期理论准备。结合基础温度模型和目标温度模型,研究超快冷工艺的冷却介质和相关介质需求量。设计冷却装置及配套各子系统具体的技术参数。该技术的应用为长钢公司的质量控制提升一个台阶的同时,为钢铁行业H型钢先进控制冷却技术的实施提供一个很好的示范案例。
【Abstract】 Through the H-beam ultra-fast cooling temperature field simulation study, for the H-beam section characteristics,study the cooling speed of different parts of the same section, and formulate different specifications of the temperature cooling model, as the basis of the realization of the ultra-fast cooling control process and the preliminary theoretical preparation. Combined with the basic temperature model and target temperature model, study the cooling medium and related medium demand of ultra-fast cooling process. Design the specific technical parameters of the cooling device and the supporting sub-systems. The application of this technology enhances the quality control of Changgang Company to a higher level, and at the same time, provides a good demonstration case for the implementation of advanced control cooling technology for H-beam steel in the iron and steel industry.
