【摘要】 在全球碳中和战略背景下,钢铁冶金行业作为重点碳排放领域,亟须开发创新性低碳技术。本文系统阐述了CO2在钢铁全流程中的创新应用模式,涵盖高炉炼铁、转炉/电炉炼钢及精炼工序。研究表明:高炉喷吹CO2可提升煤粉燃烧效率12.3%,降低焦比1.8%;转炉底吹CO2使熔池搅拌能效提升209%,终点[P]≤0.006%;电弧炉应用CO2技术实现吨钢粉尘减排2.67kg,氮含量降低35%;精炼工序采用CO2替代Ar气,夹杂物去除率提升18.6%。通过构建"CO2-冶金反应-产物回用"的闭路循环体系,形成吨钢CO2减排23.12kg的技术路径,为钢铁工业低碳转型提供重要技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In the context of the global carbon neutrality strategy,the steel metallurgy industry,as a key sector of carbon emissions,urgently needs to develop innovative low-carbon technologies.This paper systematically elaborates on the innovative applications of CO2 throughout the entire steelmaking process,covering blast furnace ironmaking,converter/electric arc furnace steelmaking,and refining processes.The research shows that:injecting CO2 into the blast furnace can increase coal powder combustion efficiency by 12.3% and reduce coke ratio by 1.8%;bottom-blowing CO2 into the converter can enhance molten pool stirring efficiency by 209%,with a phosphorus content of ≤0.006%;applying CO2 technology in the electric arc furnace reduces dust emissions by 2.67 kg per ton of steel and lowers nitrogen content by 35%;in the refining process,replacing argon with CO2 improves the inclusion removal rate by 18.6%.By constructing a closed-loop system of "CO2-metalurgical reaction-product reuse," a technical path is formed that reduces CO2 emissions by 23.12 kg per ton of steel,providing important technical support for the low-carbon transformation of the steel industry.
