对辊磨与球磨对软质赤铁粉矿球团性能的影响

【摘要】 将烧结粉矿进行磨矿预处理用于球团生产,是球团厂拓宽原料来源、降低配矿成本的重要手段。本文通过实验室试验系统比较了对辊磨矿(RC)与湿式球磨(WBM)预处理某软质赤铁粉矿BRSH后所得精粉,按40%比例搭配国产磁铁精粉时的造球、焙烧及冶金性能差异。结果表明,BRSH-RC比BRSH-WBM具有较低的比表面积和润湿性;生球落下强度改善,但爆裂温度下降,焙烧后球团强度低于基准。工业试验显示,BRSH-RC粒度较粗(–0.075mm为56%),以20%替代同类赤铁矿精粉可制得合格球团;但节约膨润土效果不如BRSH-WBM,成品抗压强度略降;利用系数提升;还原度略降,膨胀性改善。

【Abstract】 Pre-treating sinter feed for pellet production is a key strategy for diversifying raw materials and reducing costs in pellet plants. This study compares wet ball milling(WBM) and roll crushing(RC) as pre-treatment methods for a soft hematite concentrate(BRSH), blended at 40% with domestic magnetite. Compared to WBM-processed BRSH-WBM,RC-processed BRSH-RC shows lower specific surface area and poorer wettability. BRSH-RC improves the drop strength of green pellets but lowers thermal shock resistance. After preheating and firing, pellet strength is inferior to that of the WBM benchmark. Industrial tests indicate BRSH-RC has a coarser size(56%-0.075mm). Grate-kiln trials confirm that replacing 20% of similar hematite with BRSH-RC yields acceptable pellets. However, its effect on bentonite reduction is weaker than BRSH-WBM. Although compressive strength slightly declines, productivity improves. The pellets also show slightly lower reducibility but better swelling behavior.
