健康视角下紧缩型医院景观环境疗愈需求研究

【摘要】 随着医院患者数量的增长与医疗设施的补充,导致人均医疗景观用地一再紧缩,如何利用有限的景观资源服务患者成为社会面临的现实问题。本研究以广东10所医院为研究对象,基于KANO理论模型设置调研问卷,先后对410名使用者开展问卷调研,从需求属性、重要性、敏感性和群体差异性进行分析。研究发现维护需求是敏感度排序中最重要的部分,在此基础上院内患者对视觉疗愈、康复活动、遮阳隔热、医疗陪护等方面提出较高的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase in the number of hospital patients and the supplementation of medical facilities, the per capita medical landscape land has been repeatedly reduced. How to utilize the limited landscape resources to serve patients has become a realistic problem faced by society. This study took 10 hospitals in Guangdong as the research objects. Based on the KANO theoretical model, a survey questionnaire was set up. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 410 users successively, and the analysis was carried out from the aspects of demand attributes, importance, sensitivity and group differences. The research also found that maintenance requirements are the most important part in the sensitivity ranking,and on this basis, higher demands are placed on aspects such as visual therapy, rehabilitation activities, shading and heat insulation, and medical companionship.更多还原
