一种热固性酚醛树脂流变特性分析

【摘要】 真空导入模塑成型工艺要求树脂需要在凝胶点前保持低粘度状态,且保持的时间足够长,保证树脂在该时间内充分浸渍纤维。因此,采用凝胶渗透色谱表征方法对酚醛树脂的结构进行了分析,推测出所使用的酚醛树脂分子量分布较窄,树脂流动性好;通过酚醛树脂的动态粘度和等温粘度测试,并利用双阿雷尼乌斯模型对酚醛树脂的流变特性进行模拟,建立了酚醛树脂的低粘度平台窗口,预测出该酚醛树脂的最佳使用工艺条件:树脂最佳使用温度为80℃,适用于真空导入模塑成型工艺的窗口期温度范围为75-85℃。

【Abstract】 The vacuum infusion molding process requires the resin to maintain a low viscosity state before the gel point, and the holding time is long enough to ensure that the resin is fully impregnated with the fiber within this time.Therefore, the structure of phenolic resin was analyzed by gel permeation chromatography characterization method,and it was speculated that the molecular weight distribution of the phenolic resin used was narrow and the resin had good fluidity. The dynamic viscosity and isothermal viscosity of phenolic resin were tested, and the rheological properties of phenolic resin were simulated by double Arrhenius model. The low viscosity platform window of phenolic resin was established, and the optimum process conditions of the phenolic resin were predicted: the optimum temperature of the resin was 80°C, and the window period temperature range suitable for the vacuum infusion molding process was 75-85°C.
