【摘要】 京津冀地区的经济一体化,对电子信息专业人才的需求日益紧迫。然而,课程设置与产业需求脱节,培养目标与区域经济定位不符,给该地区电子信息类专业型硕士的培养带来了挑战。为应对这些挑战,本文提出通过地方特色培养方案的制定、校外实践基地建设的推进、课程内容动态更新机制的建立、资源整合等一系列措施,将新质生产力理论与科技创新有机融合,构建"人才培养+创新型企业""人才培养+新型研发机构""人才培养+兄弟院校""人才培养+创业竞赛"四个维度的多元协同人才培养模式。这将提升研究生的实践能力和创新思维,为区域经济发展和科技创新提供支持,同时促进新质生产力的发展,以适应快速变化的市场需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economic integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has led to an increasing demand for professionals in the electronic information field.However,there is a disconnect between curriculum design and industry needs,and the training objectives do not align with regional economic positioning,posing challenges to the cultivation of master’s degree students in electronic information.To address these challenges, this paper proposes a series of measures,including the development of locally tailored training programs,the establishment of off-campus practice bases,the creation of a dynamic curriculum update mechanism,and resource integration.By organically integrating the theory of new productive forces with technological innovation,we aim to construct a multi-dimensional collaborative talent training model encompassing "talent cultivation+innovative enterprises," "talent cultivation+new research institutions," "talent cultivation+partner universities," and "talent cultivation+entrepreneurial competitions." This approach enhances students’ practical skills and innovative thinking,support regional economic development and technological innovation,and promote the advancement of new productive forces to adapt to rapidly changing market demands.更多还原
