【摘要】 文章以2000-2023年A股进行分拆的上市公司为样本,基于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从组态效应的视角探究我国企业分拆上市的路径。研究结果表明:企业分拆上市并非单一因素作用的结果,而是多种因素共同作用,并基于分析结果概念化出五种前因路径构型模式,分别为战略主导型、战略主导-经营扶持型、治理拉动-协同型、经营拉动-三元协同型及战略-经营-治理三元协同型。研究丰富了企业分拆上市路径研究的方法和视角,为进一步开展企业分拆上市路径的机制研究奠定了理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA) method, this paper takes the listed companies that underwent A-share spin-offs from 2000 to 2023 as a sample, and explores the path of spin-off and listing of Chinese enterprises from the perspective of configuration effect. The results show that the spin-off and listing of enterprises is not the result of a single factor, but the joint action of multiple factors, and based on the analysis results, five antecedent configuration models are conceptualized, which are strategy-led,strategy-led-business support, governance-pull-synergy, management-pull-ternary synergy, and strategy-operation-governance ternary synergy. This study enriches the methods and perspectives of the research on the path of enterprise spin-off and listing, and lays a theoretical foundation for further research on the mechanism of the path of enterprise spin-off and listing.更多还原
