电动舵机用无槽电机绕组设计
Winding Design of Slotless Motor Used in Electromechanical Actuator

【摘要】 无槽电机因其铁心无齿槽,转矩极小,转矩控制平稳,广泛地应用于对定位精度要求极高的场合,如电动舵机中。目前,国产无槽电机大多为小功率无槽电机,其加工技术水平较低,成本高,性能相对较弱。因此,当前高精度电动舵机所用的无槽电机仍依赖于进口。本文针对电动舵机用无槽无刷直流电机展开研究,采用理论计算与有限元相结合的方法进行设计分析。本文聚焦于无槽电机设计的核心难点——空心杯绕组,推导了电机的主尺寸对整机重量的影响,并分析了不同空心杯绕组的结构特点。进一步地,建立电动舵机用无槽电机的有限元模型并进行性能仿真计算。通过仿真对比分析了不同永磁体材料、虚槽利用率以及绕组形状对电机转矩及损耗的影响,并最终进行了电机的优化设计。本文相关工作为国产无槽电机的设计提供了参考和依据,具有理论意义与实际应用价值,并对提高国内电动舵机产品的技术竞争力具有积极意义。
【Abstract】 Due to low torque ripple and steady torque control,slotlessmachine iswidely used in the applications of precise positioning requirement like electromechanical actuator.At present,domesticslotlessmotors are mostly low-power designs with low manufacturing level,low efficiency,high cost and poor performance.Therefore,theslotlessmotors used in high-precision electromechanicalactuatorstill rely on imports in recent time.In this paper,theslotlessmotor used in electromechanical actuator is studied via theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.This paper is focusing on the key challenge in the design ofslotlessmotors,thatis hollowcup winding.The influence of major geometric parameters on the whole machine weight is derived,andmeanwhile,thestructural features of various hollow cup windings areanalysedand compared.Furthermore,the finite-element model is set up for theslotlessmachine used in electromechanical actuators and the simulation is conducted for electromagnetic performances.By the comparative study of permanent magnet materials,virtual slot utilization ratio,and hollow cup windings on the torque and loss,the optimization of theslotlessmachine is obtained.The related work has theoretical significance and practical application value,which provides reference and basis for the development of domesticslotlessmotor and has positive significance for improving the technical competitiveness of domestic electromechanical products.
