基于城市再生目标的山地城市设计研究

【摘要】 当前,山地城市中心区面临人地矛盾日益突出、城市空间失序、产业与社区衰退、城市特色不足等重大挑战,同时,山地城市既存环境形态的复杂性和多维特征,也使以控制性详细规划为基础的城市设计面临研究和实施的难题。本文以城市再生为核心理念,以城市既存环境为研究对象,从城市整体空间格局、混合街区模式、街道空间与立体步行体系、建筑与城市空间一体化设计等方面,提出了以微更新为主导的城市设计策略与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the central areas of mountain cities are faced with major challenges such as the increasingly prominent contradiction between people and land, urban spatial disorder, industry and community decline, and lack of urban characteristics. Meanwhile, the complexity and multi-dimensional characteristics of the existing environmental forms of mountain cities also make urban design based on controlled detailed planning face difficulties in research and implementation. With urban regeneration as the core concept and the existing urban environment as the research object, this paper proposes the strategy and method of urban design led by micro-renewal from the aspects of the overall urban spatial pattern, mixed block pattern, street space and three-dimensional walking system, and the integrated design of architecture and urban space.更多还原
