【摘要】 战略管理活动中涉及各种势力的角逐,隐性知识及其主体不容忽视。隐性知识是潜在价值实现的关键资源,嵌入于广大知识员工头脑中,使他们成为事实上的治理主体,并具备了知识权力。基于此,通过分析二元治理结构,以及行政权力和知识权力的双重角色,揭示了行政权力与知识权力势力不对等,易于立场分化,并发生游戏般的行为模式,由此形成巨大的内耗。但双方毕竟存在共同利益,这提供了立场统一的机会。在知识治理观的视角下,化行政管理为平台治理,重新审视战略与结构的关系,便可以得出关于平衡双方关系、充分动员隐性知识从而形成竞争优势的战略启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tacit knowledge and its owner cannot be ignored in the rivalry of various forces involved in strategic management.Tacit knowledge is the key resource for realizing potential value. It is embedded in the minds of knowledge workers, making them become the de facto governing subjects and possess knowledge power. Based on this, by analyzing the dual governance structure and the dual roles of administrative power and knowledge power, It is revealed that administrative power and intellectual power are unequal, easy to differentiate positions, and have game-like behavior patterns, resulting in huge internal friction. But there are, after all, common interests, which provide an opportunity for unity. From the perspective of knowledge governance, turning administrative management into platform governance and re-examining the relationship between strategy and structure, we can get strategic enlightenment on balancing the relationship between the two sides and fully mobilizing tacit knowledge to form competitive advantage.更多还原
