Cr2O3对含铬熔分钛渣黏流特性的影响

【摘要】 为使红格钒钛磁铁矿金属化球团熔分过程中的含铬熔分钛渣具有良好流动性,从而有利于渣金分离的顺利进行,本文研究了Cr2O3对含铬熔分钛渣黏流特性的影响。采用半球法和旋转柱体法分别测量了不同Cr2O3含量下含铬熔分钛渣的熔点和黏度。可以发现,随着Cr2O3含量的增加,含铬熔钛渣的熔点和黏度逐渐增加。此外,含铬熔分钛渣黏流活化能的变化趋势与其黏度的变化趋势一致。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain the good liquidity of Cr-containing molten titanium slag and optimize the slag-metal separation in melting separation process of Hongge vanadium titanomagnetite metallized pellet, the influence of Cr2O3 on the viscous flow behavior of Cr-containing molten titanium slag was investigated in this work. The melting and viscosity properties were studied by hemisphere method and rotating cylinder method, respectively. The results showed that the melting temperature and viscosity both increased with the increase of Cr2O3 content. The trend of activation energy for viscous flow and the measured values of viscosity were identical.
