2.6NiCrMoV钢中Ni和Sn的非平衡晶界共偏聚

【摘要】 Misra等实验测定了853K和883K温度下2.6NiCrMoV低合金钢中多种元素的恒温晶界偏聚动力学曲线,结果发现Ni和Sn的晶界偏聚动力学曲线相互平行,而且两种元素同时达到一个晶界浓度极大值;受理论发展的限制,他们当时未能对该实验现象的产生机理做出解释。本文结合偏聚理论的最新进展,对该实验现象重新进行了分析,证实Ni和Sn在恒温过程中发生的是一种非平衡晶界共偏聚现象,Ni的非平衡偏聚是由Sn的非平衡偏聚引起的。

【Abstract】 The grain boundary segregation isotherms of several elements were recorded by Misra at 853 K and 883 K on 2.6 NiCrMoV low-alloy steel.It is of interest that parallel kinetics of segregation and simultaneous concentration maximum of Ni and Sn at grain boundaries were observed during isothermal process.Because of the limit of the theory development,the experimental phenomenon was not expressed thoroughly by Misra et al.In the present article,the experimental phenomenon will be analyzed in details,from which we conclude that non-equilibrium grain boundary co-segregation of Ni and Sn occurs in 2.6 NiCrMoV Steel.The non-equilibrium grain boundary segregation of Ni is induced by that of Sn.
