添加微细晶种的谷氨酸结晶法

【摘要】 本文研究了添加微细晶种的谷氨酸新型结晶法。通过成核刺激物USW的作用,制得粒度为20~80μm的微细谷氨酸晶粒,以此为晶种进行发酵液中谷氨酸的等电点法结晶实验.结果表明,与添加粗谷氨酸晶种的常规结晶法相比,此新型结晶法得到粒度更大更均匀的晶体;提取收率提高2~3个百分点;结晶时间和沉降时间都减少6小时左右;在高谷氨酸浓度下结晶时可完全得到α型晶体.本研究还得出了微细晶种的最适添加量和添加时的最适PH。

【Abstract】 A new method of crystallization of glutamic acid in broth with addition of fine seed crystals,instead of crude crystals of glutamic acid which were often used as seeds in the traditional method of crystallization,was investigated.The fine seed crystals were obtained with inductor USW acting on supersaturated solution of glutamic acid.The results showed that,by using the new method of crystallization,larger and more uniform crystals were obtained,the yield increased 2.6~3.8%,and the period of crystallization and precipitation decreased 6 hours respectively,compared with traditional method of crystallization.All crystals obtained under high concentration of glutamic acid in broth(> 10 g/100 ml)were a form.The most suitable quantity of fine seeds added and PH of broth when seeding were also obtained in this paper.
