【Abstract】 This article analyses in detail the character of all kinds of lab-scale solid state fermentation reactors as well as the systems of aeration、temperature control and humidity control.According to the feature of substrate movement,the reactors can be divided into two types:the static solid state fermentor and the dynamic solid state fermentor.A variety of factors which must be considered constructing lab-scale solid state fermentor are discussed.Finally,the development of industrial scale solid state fermentor is introduced briefly.更多还原
