【摘要】 福建省是中国茶树原产同源分布的古老茶区,又是当代第一产茶大省,是茶树"品种王国",又是名茶最丰富的产地,更是最早将茶叶输出欧美等国的"海上茶叶之路"。历史久远,文化蕴厚、茶类众多,茗品优异。自古至今创造了多茶类及各种名茶的制造工艺,并发明创新了茶叶产制的机具、装备。尤其是自二十世纪三十年代以来,张天福老先生创造了"九·一八"揉茶机,引进国外先进的茶机、试验成功"乌龙茶做青工艺和设备",为茶叶装备的创新奠下三个发展阶段(半机械化、机械化、连续化),使茶叶机械装备和机械化水平走在前列!从闽茶机械的创新亦看到茶叶装备的发展前景!更多还原
