嫁接对新梢白化茶树“黄金芽”化学成分的影响

【摘要】 新梢白化茶树是一种珍稀茶树品种,适宜生产名优绿茶以及园林绿化。本研究以"黄金芽"作为接穗,"鸠坑种"作为砧木,进行嫁接。通过分光光度法和HPLC测定嫁接后新梢氨基酸、茶多酚、茶氨酸、儿茶素和咖啡因含量,研究嫁接对新梢白化茶树化学成分的影响。结果显示,与移栽的"黄金芽"相比,嫁接后"黄金芽"组合茶树氨基酸和茶氨酸含量降低,茶多酚、儿茶素和咖啡因含量增加。本研究利用嫁接法换种推广"黄金芽"品种提供依据。
【Abstract】 Albino tea cultivar "Huangjinya" is a rare tea cultivarsuitable for production of the famous green tea and landscaping use.In this study,tea cultivar "Huangjinya" was used as scion which was grafted on stock of normal cultivar "Jiukengzhong".Contents of amino acids,tea polyphenols,theanine,catechins and caffeine were determined by spectrophotography or HPLC to investigate the effect of grafting on chemical composition of grafted "Huangjinya".Theresults showed that the grafted "Huangjinya" had higher amino acids and theaninebut low polyphenols,catechins and caffeine,compared to transplanted "Huangjinya".The study provideduseful information on application of grafting to extension of the new albino tea cultivar "Huangjinya".
