基于云计算和计算机视觉分析的沟蚀测量技术研究及其在水利工程中的应用

【摘要】 沟蚀测量是水土保持、河流泥沙治理、水利工程建设及其安全管理等的重要基础性工作任务之一。数码照相与计算机视觉分析技术相结合,能够有效解决传统近景测量工作效率低且实施难度大和现代远景测量实施成本高等问题,但受限于计算量巨大和现场环境恶劣而难以获得理想应用效果。本文论述了基于云计算的计算机视觉分析技术及其在沟蚀测量中的应用,利用互联网和云计算平台提供高速计算、大数据处理和实时分析等综合能力,提供恶劣环境下沟蚀测量的一种低成本实现方法。
【Abstract】 The gullying measurement is one of the important and fundamental assignments for soil and water conservation,river sediment management,construction of hydro project and safety management.According to integrate digital camera and computer vision analysis,there are some questions,including inefficiency and difficulty of the traditional nearby view measurement and high-cost of modern distant view measurement,are solved effectively.But because of the amount of calculation and harsh environment,it is difficult to obtain the ideal application effect.In the article,the low-cost method of gullying measurement which is based on cloud computing and computer vision analysis and uses high-speed computing,big data and real-time analysis by Internet and cloud computing platform is supported in harsh environment.
