【摘要】 目的调查广州市居民卫生应急素养水平,为提升全民卫生应急素养水平提出针对性的策略。方法 2021年5月采用网络调查方法对广州市18岁及以上的2 000名居民进行调查,主要包含人口学特征、卫生应急素养条目知晓情况、意愿及行为。结果共回收有效问卷1 963份,有效率为98.15%,受访者总体卫生应急素养水平68.97%。对应急准备的要求答对率最高(97.35%),对接触有毒有害物质的处理答对率最低(81.71%)。71.47%和74.43%的受访者参加过应急知识培训和应急演练,不同性别、年龄受访者卫生应急素养水平差异有统计学意义。结论提升全民卫生应急素养策略,应注重学生群体的教育,以需求为导向,结合专业性、时效性和社会属性,发挥行业专家优势,借助融媒体平台全方位多角度开展宣教,提高公众关注度和参与度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the health emergency literacy level of Guangzhou residents, and to put forward the target strategies for improving the national health emergency literacy level.Methods A total of 2 000 residents whose age equal and above 18 in Guangzhou were surveyed using the internet survey method during May 2021. The survey was mainly included demographic characteristics, awareness of items related to health emergency literacy, relevant willingness and behavior.Results A total of 1 963 effective questionnaires were collected. The effective rate was 98. 15%. The overall health emergency literacy level of respondents was 68. 97%. The highest correct response rate was for emergency preparedness(97. 35%), and the lowest correct response rate was for handling exposure to toxic and harmful substances(81. 71%). The rate of respondents who had participated in emergency knowledge training or emergency drill was 71. 47% and 74. 43%,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in health emergency literacy levels among respondents with different genders and ages.Conclusion The strategy to improve the public health emergency literacy should be focused on the education of students, with the demand as direction, combine professionalism, timeliness and social attributes, give full play to the advantages of industry experts, carry out propaganda and education from various angles with the help of convergence media platforms, and improve public attention and participation.更多还原
