质子交换膜燃料电池阳极供氢及排氢策略研究

【摘要】 氢气供应系统是质子交换膜燃料电池系统的重要组成部分,供氢及排氢策略会对燃料电池性能产生显著影响。本文针对10kW质子交换膜燃料电池系统,分别在20A、50A工况下进行试验,分析不同氢气供应模式、不同氢气循环量以及不同排氢频率下的电堆性能。结果表明:氢气循环能有效改善电堆内的水平衡,氢气循环模式下的电堆性能明显好于阳极闭端模式;但过大的氢气循环量会为电堆重新引入过多水蒸气,反而会诱发阳极水淹,使电堆稳定性变差。排氢过程能够有效避免水淹和积氮问题,从而改善电堆性能;电流越高所需排氢频率也越高,但过高的排氢频率会使质子交换膜处于频繁的压力波动之中。

【Abstract】 Hydrogen supply system is an important part of proton exchange membrane fuel cell system.The strategy of hydrogen supply and purge has significant influence on the performance of fuel cell.In this paper,a 10 kW proton exchange membrane fuel cell system was built to analyze the stack performance under different hydrogen supply modes and working conditions.The results show that hydrogen circulation can effectively improve the water balance,and the performance and stability of the stack under hydrogen circulation mode are better than those under dead-ended anode mode;However,a large hydrogen recirculation rate will reintroduce too much water vapor into the stack,which will induce anode flooding and deteriorate the stability of the stack.Anode purging can effectively avoid the problems of flooding and nitrogen accumulation,thus improving the performance of the stack.The higher the current,the higher the purge frequency is required,but too high purge frequency will make the proton exchange membrane in frequent pressure fluctuations.
