不同酸蚀方式对中度氟牙症牙本质界面结构及硬度的影响研究

【摘要】 目的:比较中度氟牙症牙本质在不同酸蚀方式下,牙本质界面的纳米级物理结构及微观力学性能的差异。方法:对收集的40颗中度氟牙症(根据Thylstrup和Feierskov诊断标准)选取TFI=4的离体磨牙,随机分为4组。F0为对照组;FA组使用37%磷酸处理15s;FB组使用37%磷酸处理15s+10%次氯酸钠(NaCIO)处理60s;FC组使用第六代双组份自酸蚀粘结预处理剂处理20s。使用原子力显微镜(Atomic Force Microscopy,AFM)观察牙本质表面形貌,测得牙本质小管直径及表面粗糙度;显微维氏硬度计检测牙本质表面维氏硬度。结果:FA和FB组能显著增大牙本质小管直径(P﹤0.05),二者在增大牙本质表面粗糙度上未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。同时两组处理方式都会明显降低牙本质表面的显微硬度值(P﹤0.05)。FC组处理后的牙本质小管直径和表面显微硬度值与F0组相比没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:三种酸蚀处理方式都能增加中度氟牙症牙本质界面的表面粗糙度,全酸处理后会显著降低牙本质界面硬度,自酸蚀对其硬度有较好的保留率,在氟牙症牙本质的粘结修复时有一定优势。
【Abstract】 Objective:The differences of nano-physical structure and micromechanical properties of dentin interface in moderate dental fluorosis were compared under different acid etching methods.Methods:40 molars with moderate dental fluorosis(according to Thylstrup and Feierskov diagnostic criteria) were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.F0 as the control group;FA group treated with 37% phosphoric acid 15% sodium hypochlorite(NaCIO) for 60 s,treated with 37% phosphoric acid 15% sodium hypochlorite(NaCIO) for 60 s,treated with the sixth generation two-component self-etching preconditioning agent for 20 s.The surface morphology of dentin was observed by atomic force microscope(AFM),the diameter and surface roughness of dentin tubules were measured,and the Vickers hardness of dentin surface was measured by micro Vickers hardness tester.Results:The diameter of dentinal tubules was significantly increased in FA and FB groups,but there was no significant difference in the increase of dentin surface roughness between the two groups.At the same time,the microhardness of dentin surface was significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the diameter and surface microhardness of dentinal tubules between FC group and F0 group.Conclusion:Three kinds of acid etching treatment can increase the surface roughness of dentin interface in moderate dental fluorosis,total acid treatment can significantly reduce the dentin interface hardness,and self-acid etching has a better retention rate of dentin hardness.it has a certain advantage in the bonding repair of dental fluorosis dentin.
