【摘要】 目的:了解老年风湿性疾病患者的口腔念珠菌感染的情况及危险因素。方法:对480例老年风湿性疾病患者进行问卷调查,收集其基本信息,临床资料,并采集口腔分泌物进行念珠菌培养。采用多因素logistic回归分析口腔念珠菌感染的危险因素。结果:480例老年风湿性疾病患者的口腔念珠菌感染的总患病率为65.21%。患病率随着年龄增长显著增加,女性多于男性(P<0.01)。感染组与未感染组相比,年龄,刷牙频次,佩戴义齿,吸烟史,抗生素使用时间,激素使用时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),BMI,受教育程度,病程差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析调整混杂因素后,年龄,佩戴义齿,抗生素使用时间,激素使用时间是风湿性疾病患者口腔念珠菌感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年风湿性疾病患者的口腔念珠菌感染几率较高,受多种因素影响。临床上应关注老年风湿性疾病患者的口腔健康,应积极采取措施预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the situation and risk factors of oral candida infection in elderly patients with rheumatic diseases.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 480elderly patients with rheumatic diseases,collecting their basic information,clinical data,and collecting oral secretions for candida cultivation.Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify the risk factors for oral candida infection.Results:The total incidence of oral candida in 480elderly patients with rheumatic diseases was 65.21%.The incidence rate significantly increases with age,with more females than males(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in age,brushing frequency,denture wearing,smoking history,antibiotic use time,and hormone use time between the infected group and the uninfected group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in BMI,education level,and disease course(P>0.05).After adjusting for confounding factors in multivariate logistic regression analysis,age,wearing dentures,duration of antibiotic use,and duration of hormone use were risk factors for oral candida in patients with rheumatic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusions:Elderly patients with rheumatic diseases have a higher probability of oral candida infection,which is influenced by multiple factors.In clinical practice,attention should be paid to the oral health of elderly patients with rheumatic diseases and active measures should be taken to prevent them.更多还原
