北京地区室内环境污染现状调查与分析
Research of Indoor Environment pollutants in Beijing Area

【摘要】 本文针对北京地区不同类型的室内污染状况进行了调查和分析。北京地区竣工验收的楼盘、办公、写字楼以及一般民居房屋装修三类建筑室内污染调查结果表明,目前北京地区放射性氡及子体的浓度很低,基本不造成污染;新建楼盘基本不存在氨的污染问题,但已建楼房中氨的污染依然不容忽视:竣工验收楼盘的室内苯、TVOC和甲醛的达标率均在95%以上,办公、写字楼的达标率为70%左右;一般民居房屋装修的污染物达标率仅为40-50%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the different type of the indoor pollutants research in Beijing area has been studied.The results of indoor pollutants research in three type of buildings,such as the new-constructed building,office building and dwelling house in Beijing area,indicate that the radon concentration is low,hardly to influence indoor air quality;there are no ammonia pollutions in new-constructed buildings,but it is still not allowed to be ignored in constructed buildings;the indoor concentrations eligibility rates of benzene.TVOC and formaldehyde are reached 95 percent upwards in new-constructed buildings,about 70 percent in offices buildings;only 40 to 50 percent in ordinary dwelling houses separately.
