【摘要】 洗消去污主要是针对放射性沾染,采用各种措施将放射性物质从人员、设备表面或环境中消除到允许标准以下的过程。核应急中的洗消去污对时效性、机动性及去除效率有着相对较高的要求。本文通过专利统计,从传统科技文献之外的另一个角度对我国核应急洗消去污领域的发展进行深入剖析。结果表明:我国核应急洗消去污领域的专利申请自2019年开始,除了在2020年没有相关申请外,专利申请量基本保持在每年3～4件。专利授权量整体趋势与申请量相符;相关专利产品中发明专利占比70%,整体科技含量较高;专利申请人以高等院校或研究所为主,公司次之,已经形成以中国核工业集团有限公司两家下属各单位为代表的核心研发力量;相关专利产品主要围绕物品运输车、测量装置、数据处理应用、核电站辅助设备、水/污水多级处理等领域布局。其中,围绕物品运输车及测量装置领域专利申请量相对较多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decontamination is the process of removing radioactive material from people,equipment surfaces or the environment to below the permissible standard using a variety of measures in response to radioactive contamination.Decontamination in nuclear emergencies has relatively high requirements for timeliness,mobility and removal efficiency.This paper provides an insight into the development of decontamination in nuclear emergencies in China from a different perspective than the traditional scientific literature through patent statistics.The results show that the number of patent applications in the field of nuclear emergency decontamination in China has basically remained at 3～4 per year since 2019,except for no relevant applications in 2020.The overall trend of patent authorisation is in line with the number of applications; invention patents account for 70% of the relevant patent products and the overall technological content is high; patent applicants are mainly higher education institutions or research institutes, followed by companies, and a core research and development force has been formed represented by the two subordinate units of China National Nuclear Industry Corporation Limited;relevant patent products mainly revolve around article transport vehicles, measuring devices, data processing applications,nuclear power plants The relevant patented products are mainly laid out in the fields of article transport vehicles, measuring devices, data processing applications, nuclear power plants, auxiliary equipment and water/wastewater multi-stage treatment.Among them,the number of patent applications in the fields of article transport vehicles and measuring devices is relatively high.A relatively large number of patents have been filed in the field of article transport vehicles and measuring devices.更多还原
