钛合金表面稀土氧化膜的制备工艺及析氢性能研究

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法分别在钛合金、阳极氧化和微等离子体氧化后的钛合金表面制备了稀土氧化膜,应用SEM观察了试样的表面形貌,利用CHI660A型电化学工作站测定了膜层在1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中的阴极极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,分析了析氢性能,确定了制备稀土氧化膜的工艺条件为Ce(NO33浓度0.3 mol/L,柠檬酸与其比例2:1,添加适量聚乙二醇,热处理温度600℃。研究结果表明:在阳极氧化和微等离子体氧化的钛合金表面制备的稀土氧化膜析氢性能增强,尤其是微等离子氧化后更加显著。

【Abstract】 Rare earth oxides prepared on titanium alloy will be expected to acquire the film materials with perfect hydrogen evolution activity.The films were prepared by sol–gel technology and effects of parameters were also studied.The hydrogen evolution was compared and analysed by cathodic polarization curves and electrochemistry impendence spectrum in 1 mol·L-1H2SO4 solution.To acquire the perfect activity of hydrogen evolution,the best technological condition was that concentration of Ce(NO33 was 0.3 mol·L-1,proportion of citric acid was 2:1,PEG was added and temperature of heat treatment was 600 ℃.And we find that the activity of hydrogen evolution was improved effectively after anodic oxidation or after micro-arc oxidation,especially after micro-arc oxidation.
