【摘要】 以我国2010-2020年省级面板数据为基础,利用超效率SBM模型测算矿业行业考虑非期望产出的绿色发展效率。在此基础上,实证检验环境规制对矿业绿色发展水平的非线性影响以及技术创新在两者之间的作用机制。研究结果表明:我国矿业绿色发展水平呈逐步上升但偶有波动的趋势,表现出东部>西部>中部的空间分异特征;环境规制对矿业绿色发展水平的影响具有"U"形的非线性特征,对技术创新呈倒"U"形的变化趋势;且技术创新在环境规制与矿业绿色发展之间存在中介效应和单一门槛效应。分区域来看,在东部和西部地区,较弱的环境规制抑制矿业绿色发展,随着环境规制强度逐渐提高达到"拐点"水平时,有助于促进矿业绿色发展;而在中部地区,环境规制无法提升矿业的绿色发展水平。东部和西部地区的技术创新在环境规制与矿业绿色发展之间存在部分中介效应,中部地区的技术创新在两者之间不能起到中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2010 to 2020, the super efficiency SBM model is used to estimate the green development efficiency of the mining industry considering the non-expected output. On this basis, the nonlinear influence of environmental regulation on the level of green development of mining industry and the mechanism of technological innovation between them are tested empirically. The results show that the green development level of China’s mining industry gradually increases but occasionally fluctuates,showing the spatial differentiation of east > west > central; The influence of environmental regulation on the green development level of mining industry has a U-shaped nonlinear characteristic, and the change trend of technological innovation is inverted U-shaped. Moreover,technological innovation has intermediary effect and single threshold effect between environmental regulation and mining green development. From a regional perspective, in the eastern and western regions, weak environmental regulations inhibit the green development of the mining industry, and when the intensity of environmental regulations gradually increases to reach the "turning point" level, it will help promote the green development of the mining industry. In the central region, environmental regulations cannot improve the level of green development of the mining industry. The technological innovation in the eastern and western regions has a partial mediating effect between environmental regulation and green mining development, while the technological innovation in the central region cannot play a mediating role between the two.更多还原
