【摘要】 在教育信息化"十四五"规划体系中,教育信息化新基础设施建设是重中之重,全面推进信息技术与教育教学深度融合是核心举措。我国高校党委领导下的校长负责制推动党委常委会与校长办公会会务管理"互联网+"成为高校信息化建设成效的"放大器"与"加速器",在会务管理各环节引入网上服务大厅、校园云盘、智慧教室、互联网实时协作等新技术,探索会务服务与管理"互联网+"模式,可以实现信息技术提升高校规范化、制度化、科学化管理水平,为学校数据统一及治理能力与治理体系现代化提供新的支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" system of education informatization,the construction of new infrastructure of education informatization is the top priority,and the comprehensive promotion of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching is the core measure.The president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee of colleges and universities in China has made the "Internet+"conference management of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the president’s office a "amplifier" and "accelerator"for the effectiveness of college informatization construction.New technologies such as online service halls,campus cloud disks,smart classrooms,and Internet real-time collaboration have been introduced in all aspects of conference management to explore the"Internet+" mode of conference service and management.Information technology can improve the standardized,institutionalized and scientific management level of colleges and universities,and provide new support for the unification of school data and the modernization of governance capacity and governance system.更多还原
