【Abstract】 Abstract With the advent of the digital economy era,governments with rich data have begun to move from information disclosure to data openness.Taking the website of the United States Patent and Trademark Office as the research object,thispaper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the roadmap of its data openness,API-based data openness policy and open content,and provides empirical research through specific patent transfer data.This study has important theoretical significance and application value for the data open policy of the Chinese government website and the development of API applications.更多还原
