二元溢流圆环换能器液腔振动耦合问题研究

【摘要】 溢流环换能器及换能器阵常用于水声设备中,本文基于一种同轴组合的二元溢流环换能器,对其液腔振动声学性能随布阵间距的变化特性进行分析及仿真研究,基于仿真模型研究了不同间距参数下二元溢流环换能器的液腔振动声学参数,对二元溢流环间隙为透声状态下的换能器间液腔振动耦合特征进行了对比研究,得结论:二元溢流环换能器布阵间隙小于单溢流环液腔峰对应水中声波波长的1/4时,二元溢流环间的液腔峰耦合效应较强,且随着间距的减小而单调增加,该结论可为类似的溢流环换能器阵设计及水声工程应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Free-flooded ring transducer is commonly used in underwater acoustic equipment. Based on a coaxial combination of two element free-flooded ring transducer, this paper studies the acoustic performance of the transducer with array spacing, analyzes the acoustic performance of the transducer under different spacing parameters, simulates the acoustic characteristics of the transducer under the state of sound transmission for the free-flooded ring gap. It is concluded that when the array clearance of the binary FFR transducer is less than 1/4 of the wavelength of acoustic wave in water corresponding to the peak of liquid cavity in single FFR. The coupling reference effect between the binary FFR is strong, and its increases monotonously with the decrease of the spacing. This conclusion can provide a reference for the design of similar FFR tranducer array and its application in underwater acoustic engineering.
