【摘要】 社区获得性肺炎在中国的发病率逐年上升,是影响住院和死亡的一种最常见的感染,尤其见于老年患者。随着抗生素耐药性日益增加,在常见的肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌感染中也出现,经验性治疗显现出更多弊端,选择合理有效的抗生素显得尤为重要。目前,中医药联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎成为治疗热点,相关研究表明中医药联合抗生素可以缩短住院周期,改善临床症状,减少抗生素的耐药性。本文将进一步对中医药法联合抗生素对常见几种细菌性社区获得性肺炎的研究进行归纳总结,以期为中医药联合抗生素治疗提供理论依据,为防止耐药性的产生和临床治疗提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of community-acquired pneumonia in China is increasing year by year,and it is one of the most common infections affecting hospitalization and death,especially in elderly patients.With the increasing antibiotic resistance,which also occurs in common Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus infections,empirical treatment has shown more drawbacks,and it is particularly important to choose reasonable and effective antibiotics.At present,the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia by combining traditional Chinese medicine with antibiotics has become a hot treatment hotspot,and relevant studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics can shorten the hospitalization cycle,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce antibiotic resistance.This article will further summarize the research on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics on several common bacterial community-acquired pneumonias,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics,and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of drug resistance and clinical treatment.更多还原
