【摘要】 隔离器设备为饲养无菌动物、SPF级动物的理想专用设备。具有经济节约、安全等优点,同时解决了部分实验动物需出系统后又回到系统的瓶颈,近年来在免疫缺陷鼠的饲养繁殖中有了明显的优势。本文从隔离器系统和各物品进出的管理进行完善优化,保证隔离器内环境和实验动物符合国家标准,以促进隔离器使用的标准化,并展望该系统的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Isolator equipment is an ideal special equipment for breeding sterile animals and SPF animals.It has the advantages of economy and safety,and solves the bottleneck that some experimental animals need to leave the system and return to the system.In recent years,it has obvious advantages in the breeding of immune deficiency mice.This paper improves and optimizes the isolator system and the management of the entry and exit of various items,ensures that the internal environment and experimental animals of the isolator meet the national standards,so as to promote the standardization of the use of the isolator,and looks forward to the application prospect of the system.更多还原
