磁场环境对碳钢海水腐蚀行为的影响

【摘要】 随着人类物质文明的快速发展,大陆资源已逐渐无法满足日益快速增长的人类生活需求。因此,人们的目光开始转向了广阔的海洋和浩瀚的宇宙。为了防止大陆资源的枯竭后能源的青黄不接,海洋资源的开发已迫在眉睫。由于海水中含有丰富而复杂的各种盐类组成而且滋生着种类繁多的微生物,对海洋工程材料具有较强的腐蚀性,因此海水腐蚀成为了海洋资源开发的最大阻力之一。不仅如此,为了开发海洋资源必然要开展海上的发电和蓄能、海上的自动化作业、以及深海探索与开发等,这必然会在海洋设施周边形成较强的电磁环境。然而,腐蚀作为一种价电子或离子电荷的非局域转移过程,必然会受到这种复杂电磁环境的影响,这必然对现有的防腐技术带来了技术挑战,特别是对海洋防腐技术的发展来讲更是一种严峻的考验。在这背景下,本课题将以海洋工程中最常用的碳钢材料为研究对象,在海水环境下研究了磁场对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响以及其规律,并通过建立碳钢的海水腐蚀三维模型揭示其物理机理,探索一种可驾驭磁场影响的新型海洋防腐技术。经过多年的探索,发现磁场的洛伦兹力对碳钢腐蚀有着促进作用,而其梯度力对碳钢腐蚀有着抑制作用。不仅如此,通过研究发现磁场的强度与施加方向不仅可以调控其洛伦兹力和梯度力对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响程度【1】,而且还可以通过磁场预处理的方式也可以控制碳钢的腐蚀寿命【2】,为海洋防腐技术提供一种新途径。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of human material civilization,continental resources have gradually been unable to meet the growing needs of human life.Therefore,people ’s eyes began to turn to the vast ocean and the vast universe.In order to prevent the shortage of energy after the depletion of mainland resources,the development of marine resources is imminent.Seawater corrosion has become one of the biggest resistances to the development of marine resources because of its rich and complex composition of various salts and the breeding of a wide variety of microorganisms,which are highly corrosive to marine engineering materials.Moreover,in order to develop marine resources,it is necessary to carry out offshore power generation and energy storage,offshore automation operations,and deep-sea exploration and development,which will inevitably form a strong electromagnetic environment around marine facilities.However,as a non-local transfer process of valence electron or ion charge,corrosion is bound to be affected by this complex electromagnetic environment,which will bring technical challenges to the existing anti-corrosion technology,especially for the development of marine anti-corrosion technology.In this context,this topic will take the most commonly used carbon steel material in marine engineering as the research object,study the influence of magnetic field on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in seawater environment and its law,and reveal its physical mechanism by establishing a three-dimensional model of seawater corrosion of carbon steel,and explore a new marine anti-corrosion technology that can control the influence of magnetic field.After years of exploration,it is found that the Lorentz force of the magnetic field has a promoting effect on the corrosion of carbon steel,and its gradient force has an inhibitory effect on the corrosion of carbon steel.Moreover,it is found that the strength and direction of the magnetic field can not only regulate the influence of Lorentz force and gradient force on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel [1],but also control the corrosion life of carbon steel [2] by magnetic field pretreatment,which provides a new way for marine anti-corrosion technology.
