【摘要】 目的了解重庆市儿科人力资源配置现状,分析儿科人力资源分布的公平程度,为政府部门优化资源配置提供理论依据。方法通过调查问卷收集重庆市40个区县所有提供儿科医疗服务机构的人力资源配置数据,采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数评价儿科人力资源分布的公平性。结果重庆市每千名儿童拥有儿科医务人员1.63人,每平方公里拥有儿科医务人员0.10人。儿科医护比为1:1.7,儿科人才资源主要集中分布在主城片区、综合性医院、三级医疗机构和公立医疗机构。儿科医师、护士按人口分布的基尼系数分别为0.427、0.418,均处于较不公平状态,按地理面积分布的基尼系数分别为0.613、0.628,均处于绝对不公平状态。结论重庆市儿科医务人员数量不足、结构不合理且配置不均衡,要加大儿科人力资源建设,并且重视按地理分布的公平性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of pediatric human resources allocation and analyze its equity,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the resource allocation of pediatric health service in Chongqing.Methods A questionnaire was conducted among all the medical institutions providing pediatric services in 40 districts or counties of Chongqing.Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were applied to analyze the equity of pediatric human resources.Results The average number of pediatric professionals was 1.63 per 1000 children from 0 to 14 years old and 0.10 per square kilometer in Chongqing.The ratio of doctors to nurses was 1:1.7.Pediatric human resources were mainly concentrated in the main districts,general hospitals,third grade hospitals and public medical institutions.The Gini coefficients of pediatric doctors and nurses were 0.427 and 0.418 for population distribution,which represented inequality in resource allocation.Meanwhile,the Gini coefficients were 0.613 and 0.628 for geographic distribution,which indicated an absolutely unfair situation.Conclusion The number of pediatric professionals was insufficient,and the distribution was irrational and imbalance.Measures should be implemented to strengthen the construction of pediatric human resources,with more attention about equity of geography distribution.更多还原
