【摘要】 目的针对重庆市南岸区首起新型冠状病毒肺炎家庭聚集疫情开展流行病学调查分析,探索可能的感染来源,为科学防控新冠肺炎疫情提供参考依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对病例及其密切接触者进行调查,并采集其呼吸道标本,采用RT-PCR开展新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果首发病例A和病例B于2020年1月26日发病,考虑与其多次未佩戴口罩乘坐公共交通有关,续发病例C、D、E于1月29日～2月10日陆续发病,对其所有密切接触者开展了14天医学观察及核酸检测,无新增病例发生,本次疫情得到有效控制。结论此次疫情为新冠肺炎家庭聚集性疫情,5名家庭成员全部感染,家庭感染率100%。首发病例A和病例B共同暴露感染可能性大,判定为社区感染病例,续发病例为家庭密切接触感染,为二代或三代病例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Epidemiological investigation was conducted to carry out the first family clustering with novel coronavirus pneumonia in Nan’an District Chongqing,and to explore the possible source of infection,in order to provide a scientific basis for prevetion of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods Field epidemiological investigation was conducted for the patients and close contacts.The samples collected from the patients and close contacts were tested by using real time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Initial cases A and B developed the symptoms on January 26,2020,considering the route of infection was take public transportation without face mask several times.Secondary cases C,D and E developed the symptoms during January 26 and February 10.14 days of medical observation and nucleic acid testing was taked for all of the close contacts,and there were no new cases occurred.Therefore this clustering was effectively controlled.Conclusion This is a family clustering of infection with novel coronavirus,family infection rate was 100%.The first case A and case B were highly likely co-exposed to public transportation,which were judged as community-acquired infections.Secondary cases are family close contact infections,which were judged as second-or third-generation cases.更多还原
