【摘要】 城市居民小区停车问题日益突出,有限的停车资源无法满足日益增长的停车需求,存在着机动车乱停侵占消防通道的现象,如何破解居民小区停车难题并改善停车环境受到全社会关注。本文从现状出发,以数据为基础,通过现场调研及问卷调查的方式对昆山市动迁小区停车现状及居民停车行为进行分析,并基于小区停车流水数据对机动车停车特征进行解析。本文重点挖掘昆山市动迁小区的停车问题、停车需求、停车时长等居民停车行为特征,可有助于从问题入手,结合停车行为特征及居民停车改善建议,针对性地改善城市居民小区停车环境。本文的研究可为破解城市居民小区停车难题提供参考,可有助于从居民需求及停车数据出发,构建智能停车系统,改善小区停车环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The parking problem is becoming more and more prominent in residential neighborhoods.The limited parking resources cannot meet the growing parking demand.There is the phenomenon of motor vehicle parking encroaching on fire escapes.It is of concern to the whole society how to crack the parking problem and improve the parking environment in the residential neighborhoods.Based on the data,this paper analyzed the current situation of parking and residents’ parking behavior in the relocated neighborhoods of Kunshan City based on the on-site research and questionnaire survey.The characteristics of motor vehicle parking were analyzed based on the parking flow data of the relocated neighborhoods.The paper focuses on the parking problem,parking demand,parking duration,and other characteristics of residents’ parking behavior in the relocated neighborhoods.Based on the parking problem,it is useful to improve the parking environment in residential neighborhoods in a targeted manner by combining the parking behavior characteristics and residents’ parking improvement suggestions.The research can provide a reference for cracking the parking problem in the residential neighborhoods.And it is helpful to build an intelligent parking system to improve the parking environment in the residential neighborhood based on the residents’ demand and parking data.更多还原
