【摘要】 目的探讨基于案例学习(Case Based Learning,CBL)教学法联合情景模拟教学法在网络教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年4月在南京医科大学第二附属医院实习的58名学生作为研究对象,采用前瞻性对照研究方法 ,设2015级、2016级实习学生分别为CBL组(N=29)和CBL+情景模拟组(N=29),教学后对两组学生进行评分和问卷调查。结果评分结果显示CBL+情景模拟组在准备、表达、参与、成长度方面优于CBL组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示CBL+情景模拟组学生更加喜欢网络教学方式,认为其更利于促进自我学习、医患沟通、创新等能力的培养,增加对儿科专业的兴趣,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在网络教学中,采用CBL联合情景模拟教学方式有利于提高学生医患沟通、自主学习、解决实际问题等方面能力,提高医学生的综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of case-based learning(CBL) and scenario simulation in online teaching.Methods A total of 58 medical students who were serving the internship in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2019 to April 2020 were enrolled in this prospective control study.The 58 participants were randomized into the CBL group(N=29) and the CBL+scenario simulation group(N=29).The participants were required to grade the teaching effects and fill in the questionnaires.Results The grading of teaching effects showed that the CBL+scenario simulation group had better achievements in preparation,expression,participation and growth than the CBL group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire revealed that the CBL+scenario simulation group preferred online teaching,believing that this form of teaching could promote the students’ abilities of selflearning,communication and creativity,as well as their interest in pediatrics(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of CBL and scenario simulation in online teaching can promote the medical students’ abilities in doctor-patient communication,self-learning and dealing with practical problems,thus enhancing the overall quality of the medical students.更多还原
