【摘要】 基于叙事医学理念与护理心理学教学实践的结合,培养护生沟通及共情能力。以上海某高校二年级10名护理本科生为研究对象,将叙事医学理念融合到护理心理学的"临床各类病人的心理护理"章节教学中,课上,要求学生对文献中他人患病故事进行阅读与反思,同学彼此进行自身患病体验分享。课后,通过半结构式深入访谈,搜集周围亲戚或朋友的患病体验,并对访谈进行录音和转录,撰写个人反思。通过这些方法 ,学生们表示对教学内容印象深刻,能更好的掌握护理心理学相关知识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the combination of narrative medicine and nursing psychology teaching practice,to cultivate the communication and empathy ability of nursing students.Ten second-year nursing undergraduates participated the study.In class,the teacher asked the students to read and reflect on the patient’s illness stories,share their own illness stories.After class,the students were asked to make in-depth interviews and reflections on relatives or friends’ illness experiences.Through these methods,students expressed that they were deeply impressed by the teaching content and better grasped the knowledge of nursing psychology.更多还原
