【摘要】 目的分析七项自身抗体(p53、PGP9.5、SOX2、GAGE7、GBU4-5、MAGE A1和CAGE)检测对肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法采用ELISA法检测177例肺癌患者、201例健康体检者、210例肺部良性疾病患者血清七项自身抗体水平,分析七项自身抗体在检测人群的阳性率;绘制ROC曲线,分析七项自身抗体单项及联合检测在肺癌中的诊断效能;比较七种自身抗体联合检测在不同临床病理特征肺癌患者间的阳性率。结果在检测人群中,肺癌七项自身抗体联合检测阳性率为13.44%,七项自身抗体联合检测在肺癌组阳性率明显高于体检组(c~2=19.76,P<0.05)和肺部良性疾病组(c2=21.44,P<0.05);七种自身抗体联合检测肺癌,敏感性为25.42%,特异性为91.75%,AUCROC为0.683,其敏感性、AUCROC均高于各自身抗体单项检测。七项自身抗体联合检测在肺癌患者不同病理类型和不同临床分期中的阳性率,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七项自身抗体联合检测对肺癌辅助诊断有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To To analyze the clinical value of seven autoantibodies（p53,PGP9.5,SOX2,GAGE7,GBU4-5,MAGE A1 and CAGE） in lung cancer patients.Methods The serum levels of 7 autoantibodies were detected by ELISA in 177 patients with lung cancer,201 healthy persons and 210 patients with benign pulmonary diseases.The positive rates of 7 autoantibodies were analyzed;ROC curves were drawn to analyze their diagnostic efficacy for lung cancer;and the positive rates of seven autoantibodies in lung cancer patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared.Results The positive rate of seven autoantibodies in lung cancer was 13.43%.The positive rate of combined detection of seven autoantibodies in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in physical examination group（c2=19.76,P <0.05） and benign lung disease group（c2=21.44,P <0.05）.The sensitivity,specificity and AUC^ROC of the seven autoantibodies were 25.42%,91.75% and 0.683 respectively.The sensitivity and AUC^ROC was higher than that of the single autoantibody detection.The positive rates of seven autoantibodies in different pathological types and clinical stages of lung cancer patients were significantly different（P <0.05）.Conclusions The combined detection of 7 autoantibodies in lung cancer has certain clinical value for the auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer.更多还原
