【Abstract】 Educator training plays an important part on improving the capability of teaching and the effects of training.With long time development, the British General Practice educator training has been perfected in training system and rich in training experience. The author is fortunate to study the contents of General Practice educator training at the University of Nottingham, UK, to study the educator training system and learn from its successful experience and mature practices, and to provide suggestion for improving the training of General Practice educator in China.更多还原
