【摘要】 目的:分析疫情调查结果,为预防控制基孔肯雅热等蚊媒传染病疫情提供依据。方法:运用现场流行病学手段,通过病例搜索、病例访谈、流行特征描述、蚊媒密度调查、样本采集和实验室检测等,开展调查控制。结果:共有4名确诊病例,发病时间为8月20日至9月1日,均出现发热、皮疹和关节痛症状。对11名可能病例和306名共同暴露者进行检测,结果均阴性,首次蚊媒密度调查BI高达114,通过采取控制措施,迅速降低蚊媒密度。结论:基孔肯雅热病人在潜伏期具有传染性,病人隔离期限应延长。加强蚊媒监测与病例搜索,多部门联动,在疫情早期采用综合防控措施是控制疫情蔓延的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide the basis for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases such as chikungunya fever by analyzing the results of the outbreak investigation.Methods The field epidemiological survey was conducted to search and interview cases,describe epidemiological characteristics.Breteau index was used to measure the density of mosquito larvae The serum samples from patients were collected for identified chikungunya virus by RT-PCR.ResultsThere were four confirmed cases,and the onset time was form August 20 to September 1.All of them showed fever,rash and joint pain.Through laboratory testing,the negative for 11 suspected cases and306 co-exposed subjects.The Breteau index in epidemic district was 114 during the epidemic period.By taking control measures,the Breteau index was reduced rapidly.Conclusion Chikungunya fever may be infectious during the latent period.The duration of isolation period should be extended.The key to control the spread of the chikungunya fever epidemic is to strengthen the mosquito-borne monitoring and case search,multisectoral cooperation,and comprehensive prevention and control measures in the early outbreak.更多还原
