【摘要】 面临日益不确定性的内外部环境,企业家精神作为克服路径依赖和获取竞争优势的战略路径,日益受到学界和实践界的重视。事件系统理论为非常规工作场所事件如何塑造企业家精神提供了思路。从认知和情绪过程切入,以中国江苏南京秦淮硅巷企业的406份有效问卷为样本,利用Bootstrap法对事件新颖性与创业身份认同、创业激情及企业家精神之间的作用机制进行检验。研究表明:(1)事件新颖性正向预测企业家精神;(2)创业身份认同和创业激情分别在事件新颖性与企业家精神之间起到中介作用;(3)创业身份认同和创业激情在事件新颖性对企业家精神的正向影响中起到链式中介作用。研究结论对企业家在复杂的创业情境中塑造企业家精神具有一定的启发和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced with the complex and changeable internal and external environment,corporate entrepreneurship,as a strategic path to overcome path dependence and gain competitive advantage,has been paid more and more attention by academic world and practical realm.Based on the event system theory,this paper explores the mechanism of the relationship between perceived event novelty and entrepreneurial identity,entrepreneurial passion and corporate entrepreneurship.406 valid questionnaires were collected from Qinhuai Silicon alley enterprises in Nanjing,Jiangsu province,China.Bootstrap method of Mplus software was used to empirically test the latent variable chain dual mediation model.The results show that :(1) event novelty has positive influence on entrepreneurship;(2) Entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial passion mediate the relationship between event novelty and entrepreneurship,respectively;(3) Entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial passion play a chain mediating role in the positive impact of event novelty and entrepreneurship.The conclusion of the study has certain enlightening and guiding significance for entrepreneurs to shape entrepreneurship in the complex entrepreneurial situation.更多还原
