钢铁行业系统节能和减碳技术
System Energy Conservation and CO2 Reduction Technology in the Iron and Steel Industry

【摘要】 面对能源约束的持续加剧和"双碳"目标的加快推进,作为高能耗、高污染的钢铁行业须进一步推进节能减碳工作。基于系统节能理论广泛开展物质流、能量流网络优化等方面工作在实现钢铁生产过程节能降耗上取得巨大成效,为钢铁行业减碳奠定了基础。为实现"双碳"目标须优先加快结构调整、淘汰落后产能,优化产业布局。同时在现有资源和技术条件下源头上采取低碳能源替代技术,调整能源结构;过程上强化余热余能回收技术,优化企业工艺流程,提升生产过程能源效率;末端上开展碳捕集和利用技术,实现碳资源化利用。
【Abstract】 Facing the continuous intensification of energy constraints and the accelerated implementation of the "double carbon" goal,the iron and steel industry with high energy consumption and high pollution must further promote energy conservation and CO2 reduction.Based on the system energy conservation theory,extensive work has been carried out on the optimization of material flow and energy flow network which has achieved great results in realizing energy conservation and consumption reduction,and laid a foundation for CO2 reduction in iron and steel industry.To achieve the goal of "double carbon",speeding up structural adjustment,eliminating backward production capacity and optimizing industrial layout are priority measures.Besides,under the existing resource and technical conditions,the following measures should be taken:adjusting energy structure,adopting low-carbon energy substitution technology at the source;strengthening the waste heat and energy recovery technology,optimizing the enterprise process flow,and improving the energy efficiency in the process;and carrying out carbon capture and utilization technology at the end.
