极限规格特种板带钢连续淬火装备技术与应用

【摘要】 极限规格特种钢板是重大装备制造关键材料,热处理是其制备的瓶颈之一。本文基于高强均匀射流换热理论,提出单相倾斜射流壁面换热机制和极薄板准瞬态相变控制技术路线,获得梯度组织调控方法,发明约束淬火、非对称淬火等新技术,研发极薄3mm级、超宽5m级、特厚300mm级极限规格钢板热处理核心装备与示范产线,解决了极限规格钢板热处理核心技术装备缺失、复杂窄窗口工艺难以实现等瓶颈难题,极薄板淬火不平度≤4mm/m,特厚板心部冷速比传统浸入式淬火提高1倍,实现极限规格高强钢板高质量、高效率生产。

【Abstract】 Extreme specification special steel plate is the key material for major equipment manufacturing,and heat treatment is one of the bottlenecks in its preparation.Based on the high-strength uniform jet heat transfer theory,this paper puts forward the wall heat transfer mechanism of single-phase inclined jet and the quasi transient phase transformation control technical route of very thin plate,obtains the gradient structure control method,invents new technologies such as constrained quenching and asymmetric quenching,and develops the core equipment and demonstration production line for heat treatment of extremely thin 3 mm,ultra wide 5 m and extra thick 300 mm extreme specification steel plates,The bottleneck problems such as the lack of core technical equipment for heat treatment of limit specification steel plate and the difficulty of realizing complex narrow window process are solved.The quenching flatness of ultra thin plate is≤4 mm/m,and the cooling speed of the center of ultra thick plate is twice higher than that of traditional immersion quenching,so as to realize the high-quality and high-efficiency production of limit specification high-strength steel plate.
