关于两段式煤粉喷吹工艺的开发与实践

【摘要】 周知,大喷煤有利于进一步降低炼铁成本、同时也有利于环保。然而随着喷煤量的增加,炉内将积存大量未燃煤粉,加之焦炭用量减少以及焦炭在高炉内存在强度劣化问题,使得高炉料柱透气透液性下降,料柱压差升高,高炉生产操作困难,甚至还可能发生悬料等事故,限制了煤粉量。因此,为了寻求提高喷煤量的新途径,经一系列的理论研究、技术开发、装备设计,成功地研发了两段式煤粉喷吹工艺,并将其应用于大、中、小高炉,取得了显著的经济与社会效益。本文将重点介绍,以有效抑制焦炭强度劣化、降低料柱压差为核心的两段式喷吹煤粉工艺理论,进而介绍依据该理论开发的两段式喷吹煤粉工艺、相关技术、设备和操作系统,以及二段煤枪位置、喷枪数量、二段适宜喷吹量、载气压力等煤粉喷吹工艺参数的确定方法。并以大中小各类高炉应用实例为例,介绍该工艺能够有效抑制焦炭在高炉内强度劣化、降低高炉压差以及对能源消耗、高炉操作稳定性、CO2排放方面的积极作用等应用效果。
【Abstract】 It is well known that a large amount of pulverized coal injection is conducive to further reduce ironmaking cost and environmental protection.However,a large amount of unburned pulverized coal will be accumulated in the furnace due to the increase of coal injection amount In addition,the reduction of coke consumption and the strength deterioration of coke in the blast furnace will reduce the air and liquid permeability of the blast furnace charge column,increase the pressure difference of the charge column,make the production and operation of the blast furnace difficult,and even lead to suspension accidents,which limits the amount of pulverized coal.In order to find a new way to improve the coal injection amount,bi-segment pulverized coal injection process(Bi-PCI) has been successfully developed and applied to all-size blast furnaces by a series of theoretical analyses,technical development and equipment design and remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved.This paper will focus on the theory of Bi-PCI process with the core aims of effectively inhibiting the deterioration of coke strength and reducing the pressure difference of charge burden,and then introduce Bi-PCI process,its related technology,equipment and operating system,as well as the determination method of pulverized coal injection process parameters such as position of bi-segment coal lance,the number of the lance,the appropriate injection volume of bi-segment coal lance,and carrier gas pressure.Taking the application of all-size blast furnaces as the examples,the strength deterioration of coke in blast furnace can be effectively inhibited and pressure difference can be reduced which show that Bi-PCI technology plays a positive role in energy consumption,blast fumace operation stability and CO2 emission and the application effect of Bi-PCI process is remarkable.
