基于碳热还原法回收不锈钢粉尘制备铁铬镍碳合金研究

【摘要】 不锈钢粉尘作为现代不锈钢冶炼产生的主要固体废弃物,其内部含有大量Fe、Cr、Ni的金属氧化物,开发绿色高效回收不锈钢粉尘的新方法可实现二次资源的高效利用,促进钢铁行业的可持续性发展。本文对不锈钢粉尘进行碳热还原冶炼铁铬镍碳合金的工艺进行试验研究。主要研究还原温度、还原时间、配碳比对不锈钢粉尘中Fe、Cr、Ni回收率和铁铬镍碳合金中金属品位的影响。试验结果表明:还原温度1450℃,还原时间20min,配碳比0.8,优化工艺参数条件下,金属还原回收率较高,Fe、Cr、Ni的回收率分别为:91.5%、90.19%、92.4%。合金中金属品位较高,Fe、Cr、Ni的金属品位分别为:65.5%、18.96%、4.03%。合金颗粒可直接作为冶炼不锈钢的原料,实现了不锈钢粉尘的高效回收利用。
【Abstract】 Stainless steel dust, as the main solid waste produced by stainless steel smelting, contains a large number of metal oxides of Fe, Cr and Ni. The development of a new green and efficient method for recovering stainless steel dust can realize the efficient utilization of secondary resources and promote the sustainable development of iron and steel industry. In this paper, the smelting process of Fe-Cr-Ni-C alloy from stainless steel dust by carbon-thermal reduction was studied. The effects of reduction temperature, reduction time and carbon ratio on the recovery of Fe, Cr and Ni and the grade of metal in Fe-Cr-Ni-C alloy were studied. The results showed that the recovery of Fe, Cr and Ni was 91.5%, 90.19% and 92.4%respectively under the conditions of reduction temperature 1450℃, reduction time 20min, carbon ratio 0.8 and optimized process parameters. The metal grades of Fe, Cr and Ni are 65.5%, 18.96% and 4.03% respectively. Alloy particles can be directly used as raw materials for smelting stainless steel, which can realize the efficient recycling of stainless steel dust.
