基于扫描方向图分集的单通道数字波束形成

【摘要】 本文提出了一种硬件结构简单的方向图分集方法,并提出了基于该方法的单通道数字波束形成(DBF)方案。该方法本质上是用波束的空间分集来换取阵元上的信息。采用任意结构的扫描阵采样目标场,得到接收信号序列,利用目标口径分布与接收信号间的线性关系,恢复出目标在天线口径上的幅相分布。对这些幅相分布进行数字域加权就可以实现波束扫描及波束赋形。采用一种低成本一维电扫透射阵作为硬件结构,形成了扫描波束和平顶波束,验证了该方案的有效性。该单通道DBF天线的结构简单灵活、性能好,应用场景广泛。

【Abstract】 A pattern diversity method using simple hardware structure is proposed in this paper.Based on this method,a single channel digital beamforming(DBF) scheme is proposed.The essence of this method is to obtain the information of array elements from the spatial diversity of beams.A beam scanning array with arbitrary physical structure is used to sample the target field to obtain a received signal sequence.Then,the amplitude and phase distribution of the target on the antenna aperture can be recovered from the linear relationship between aperture distribution and the received signal.By weighting aperture distribution in digital domain,beam scanning and beamforming can be realized.A low-cost dual polarization one-dimensional electric scanning transmitarray antenna is used as the hardware to digitally form scanning beams and flat-top beams,which confirms the validity of the proposed theory.The single-channel DBF antenna has the advantages of simple and flexible structure,good performance,and wide application scenarios.
