基于声波驱动的低频小型化压电天线设计

【摘要】 为了解决传统天线尺寸(物理尺寸通常为0.1λ0~0.5λ0)与工作频率的矛盾问题,本文提出来一种基于体声波辐射原理的低频小型化天线,该天线由17 mm*6 mm*1 mm的PZT-5H压电片构成,并通过对压电层施加交变激励源辐射电磁场。该天线工作频带为245 kHz~263 kHz,有效机电耦合系数Keff2为17%,具有一定的工作带宽,改善了现有体声波天线带宽极窄特性。对该压电天线进行了加工测试,阻抗特性的测试结果和仿真结果具有一致性,证明了仿真结果的正确性,本文所提出的设计与分析方法为低频天线小型化设计提供了设计思路。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the contradiction between traditional antenna size(the physical size is usually 0.1λ0~0.5λ0)and its working frequency,this paper proposes a low-frequency miniaturized antenna based on the principle of bulk acoustic wave radiation.The antenna size is 17 mm × 6 mm × 1 mm and the material is PZT-5 H piezoelectric sheet.The electromagnetic field is radiated by applying alternation excitation source to the piezoelectric layer.The frequency range is 245 kHz~263 kHz,the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient is 17%,and It has a certain working bandwidth,which improves the extremely narrow bandwidth characteristics of the existing bulk acoustic antenna.The proposed antenna has been fabricated and tested,and the impedance characteristic result is basically consistent with the simulated results,which proves the validity of the simulation result. The design and analysis methods proposed in this paper provide design ideas for the miniaturization of low-frequency antennas.
