【摘要】 目的:对工作-家庭冲突量表(Work-Family Conflict Scale, WAFCS)进行汉化,并检验中文版WAFCS的信度和效度,为评估我国在职父母的工作-家庭冲突水平提供有效工具。方法:经翻译、回译形成中文版WAFCS初稿。邀请心理学,社会学,社会医学,人文医学,护理学,健康教育学,卫生事业管理学,行为流行病学8个领域的16名专家(每个领域各2名)对WAFCS初稿进行跨文化调适。调适后的版本被用于对25名在职父母的预调查,所有参与者表示能够完全理解各条目的含义。因此,将调适版本作为最终汉化版本用于正式调查。2021年7月10日至2021年8月12日,采用多阶段抽样的方法对全国31个省、直辖市、自治区抽取的477名在职父母进行正式调查。采用例数(百分比)对参与者的一般资料进行统计描述。采用相关系数法、CITC法、极端组法来进行项目分析;采用内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数、折半系数和重测信度进行信度分析;采用验证性因子分析检验量表的结构效度。所有数据采用双侧检验,p<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果:中文版WAFCS由"工作对家庭的冲突(Work-Family Conflict,WFC)"和"家庭对工作的冲突(Family-Work Conflict)"2个维度组成,每个维度各有5个条目。项目分析显示条目具有良好的区分度和同质性。中文版WAFCS总量表及WFC、FWC两分量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.931、0.896、0.923,分半信度分别为0.808、0.768、0.860,间隔两周的重测信度分别为0.714、0.638、0.758。经专家评定,该量表中各条目均能反映所要测量的内容,表明中文版WAFCS量表内容效度良好。采用验证性因素分析对量表进行结构效度的检验,依照原量表的两因素结构模型对量表进行验证,根据修正指数(MI)对模型进行8次修正。修正后,模型的整体拟合较为理想,拟合指数分别是χ2/df=2.952,GFI=0.970,NFI=0.981,RFI=0.966,RMSEA=0.064。结论:中文版WAFCS的信度和效度良好,可作为评价我国在职父母工作-家庭冲突水平的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate the Work-Family Conflict Scale(WAFCS) into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of WAFCS among working parents in China.Methods:The First draft of the Chinese version of WAFCS was formed through translation and back-translation.Sixteen experts(two from each field) from eight fields:psychology,sociology,social medicine,humanistic medicine,nursing,health education,health care management,and behavioral epidemiology were invited to conduct cross-cultural adaptation of the first draft of WAFCS.The adapted version was used in a pre-survey of 25 working parents,and all participants indicated that they were able to fully understand the meaning of the items.Therefore,the adapted version was used as the final Chinese version for the formal survey.The formal survey was conducted from July 10,2021 to August 12,2021 using a multistage sampling method among 477 working parents selected from 31 provinces,municipalities directly under the Central Government,and autonomous regions nationwide.The correlation coefficient method,CITC method,and extreme group method were used to conduct item analysis.Internal consistency Cronbach’s alpha coefficient,folded half coefficient,and retest reliability were used for reliability analysis.The confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the construct validity of the scales.All data were tested using two-sided tests,and p < 0.05 indicated that the differences were statistically significant.Results:The Chinese version of WAFCS consists of two dimensions:Work-Family Conflict(WFC) and Family-Work Conflict(FWC).Each dimension has 5 items.Item analysis showed that the items have good discrimination and homogeneity.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the Chinese WAFCS total scale and the WFC and FWC subscales were 0.931,0.896,and 0.923,respectively,and the split-half reliabilities were 0.808,0.768,and 0.860,respectively,and the retest reliabilities at two-week intervals were 0.714,0.638,and 0.758,respectively.The content validity of the scale was recognized by experts.Confirmatory factor analysis as used to test the construct validity of the scale.It showed that the overall fit of the model was satisfactory,and the fit indices were χ~2/df=2.952,GFI=0.970,NFI=0.981,RFI=0.966,and RMSEA=0.064.Conclusions:The Chinese version of WAFCS has proved to be reliable and valid.It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the level of work-family conflict among working parents in China.更多还原
