拟除虫菊酯类农药对蜜蜂幼虫的室内毒性和安全性评价
Indoor Toxicity and Safety Evaluation of Pyrethroid Insecticides Against Bee Larvae

【摘要】 利用蜜蜂幼虫体外培养技术,选取意大利蜜蜂幼虫为研究对象,通过饲喂法测定高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯6种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对蜜蜂幼虫的毒性。结果表明高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯对蜜蜂幼虫LC50分别为:1.26 mg/L、1.05 mg/L、15.120 mg/L、2.613 mg/L、10.995 mg/L和0.268 mg/L。根据有关评价标准,溴氰菊酯对蜜蜂幼虫剧毒,高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯均为高毒。研究可为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学参考。
【Abstract】 Larva of Apis mellifera ligustica was selected as the research object by using the technique of in vitro culture of larva.The toxicity of six pyrethroid insecticides,lambda-cyhalothrin,beta-cypermethrin,fenpropathrin,bifenthrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin to larvae was determined by feeding method.The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin,beta-cypermethrin,fenpropathrin,bifenthrin,fenvalerate and deltamethrin had significant effects on the LC50 of larvae,1.26 mg/L,1.05 mg/L,15.120 mg/L,2.613 mg/L,10.995 mg/L and 0.268 mg/L,respectively.According to relevant evaluation criteria,deltamethrin is highly toxic to larvae.Lambda-cyhalothrin,beta-cypermethrin,fenpropathrin,bifenthrin,fenvalerate were all highly toxic to bee larvae.This study can provide scientific reference for rational use of pyrethroid insecticides.
