【摘要】 本试验探究饲料中添加不同水平蚯蚓肽对克氏原螯虾生长和免疫性能的影响。在饲料中分别添加0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%的蚯蚓肽饲喂克氏原螯虾(均重2.13±0.02 g)4周。结果显示,饲料中添加0.2%蚯蚓肽显著提高克氏原螯虾的增长率(P<0.05);添加蚯蚓肽组克氏原螯虾血液中的总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量低于对照组(P<0.05);肝脏抗氧化酶中SOD、CAT和GPX活性在0.2%和0.3%组中显著高于对照组(P<0.05);免疫指标方面,肝脏组织中ACP和AKP的活性随着饲料中蚯蚓肽添加呈正相关,溶菌酶活性变化不显著(P>0.05);肝脏组织中甲壳肽和凝集素基因表达水平在0.2%组显著上调(P<0.05);用维氏气单胞杆菌1×10~6CFU/mL攻毒,蚯蚓肽添加0.1%和0.2%组克氏原螯虾的存活率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,饲料中添加0.2%的蚯蚓肽可提高克氏原螯虾的生长性能和免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment investigated the effects of different levels of earthworm peptides on the growth and immune performance of Procambarus clarkii.0%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% and 0.4% earthworm peptides were added to the diets to feed Procambarus clarkii(average weight 2.13 ± 0.02 g) for 4 weeks.The results showed that adding 0.2% earthworm peptide to the feed significantly increased the growth rate(P < 0.05);The content of total protein(TP) of the blood in the earthworm peptide group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the contents of ALT and AST were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05);The activities of SOD,cat and GPX of 0.2% and 0.3% groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);The activities of ACP and AKP in liver tissue were positively correlated with the addition of earthworm peptide in feed The gene expression levels of chitin and lectin in liver tissue were significantly up-regulated in 0.2% group(P < 0.05);The survival rate was significantly higher than that of other groups(P < 0.05).The results showed that adding 0.2% earthworm peptide to the feed could improve the growth performance and immunity of Procambarus clarkii.更多还原
