【摘要】 目的 :测试单支镍钛器械M3-L在预备树脂模拟弯曲根管时的切割能力和成形能力。方法 :将360个单根管弯曲树脂模拟根管随机分为24组,在M3-L的推荐转速和扭矩范围内(扭矩:2-2.5 N·cm,转速:300-500r/min)测定根管预备时间,并用大体标本数字成像系统分别采集预备前后根管图像,Adobe Photoshop 19.0软件图像进行重叠,Image-prop plus 6.0软件测量预备每个根管从根尖开始每隔1mm的10个观测水平的内、外壁树脂去除量,推算中心定位能力。另设置2组用waveone gold和reciproc blue进行相同测定比较。结果 :W组和R组的根管预备时间较M组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。R组、W组和M组都能保持根管原有走向,根管锥度好,M组的外侧-内侧树脂去除量最少(P<0.05)。结论 :M3-L的根管预备效率较waveone gold和reciproc blue低,但M3-L的根管预备中心定位能力最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to test the cutting ability and shaping ability of M3-L preparation resin of single nitinol instrument to simulate curved root canal. Methods: 360 single root canal bending resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 24 groups. The root canal preparation time was measured within the recommended rotation speed and torque range of M3-L(torque: 2-2.5 n · cm, rotation speed: 300-500 R/min). The root canal images before and after preparation were collected by gross specimen digital imaging system, and the images were overlapped by Adobe Photoshop 19.0 software, Image prop plus 6.0 software measured the resin removal of the inner and outer walls of each prepared root canal at 10 observation levels every 1mm from the root tip, and calculated the center positioning ability. The other two groups were compared with waveone gold and reciproc blue. Results: the root canal preparation time in group W and group R was less than that in group M(P < 0.05). Group R, group W and group M could maintain the original direction of root canal, and the root canal taper was good. The removal of lateral medial resin in group M was the least(P < 0.05). Conclusions: the root canal preparation efficiency of M3-L is worse than that of waveone gold and reciproc blue, but the root canal preparation center positioning ability of M3-L is the best.更多还原
